Our 2 Featured Advertisers

There are a number of advertisers who advertise and/or sponsor "The Sean Hannity Show." We have provided links on this site to all of the advertisers.

However, we have selected two advertisers to feature this month:
They are Select Comfort Bedding and Microtel Inns & Suites

Out of all of the advertisers, they were chosen as we found it ironic that these two companies focus on "comfort" and making their customers feel, well.... comfortable! It is funny that they both chose to advertise on a radio program which attacks and liberals, Democrats, and basically anyone who is not a Right Wing Conservative Republican, making them feel "uncomfortable!"

Select Comfort and Microtel obviously support the messages that Hannity's spews against half a nation -- or they wouldn't advertise on such a program.
I think therefore, that since these two companies feel "comfortable" advertising on "The Sean Hannity Show," which is their right, we can choose to not patronize their establishments or buy their products.

If you have come to the point where complaining about the Republican party does not do much for you then browse this web page and take action. If you don't like the content of a television program, you call their sponsors and demand a change or you will boycott the sponsor. If you don't like the content of the Republican Party program, you call their contributors and demand the CEO call the Republican Party and get the Republican Party to accede to your progressive agenda demands or you will boycott the contributor.

Thanks for organizing this. I've recently been deeply aware of the idea that my money has been buying the chains that binds us to corporate controlled government. It's time to scare the money that fuels the Neocons.

While I am not a Hannity apologist by any stretch of the imagination, I disagree with your assertion that "Select Comfort and Microtel obviously support the messages that Hannity's spews against half a nation -- or they wouldn't advertise on such a program."

They are trying to reach listeners, plain and simple. I have heard SelectComfort advertisements on Air America Radio too, so would you say that the company embraces the messages of both Sean Hannity and Al Franken?

Acconding to the customer representative I talked with this morning, Microtel usually pulls advertisements from programs when they get a lot of flak about their content. He has personally heard about Hannity a few times now (he didn't even know who Hannity was before then and asked me if he was on TV as well as radio, so he probably isn't the most political guy). He expects the company will follow its usual pattern and pull its ads soon. He couldn't get me an answer about when, however. He offered to have a more knowledgable employee call me back, so I'll keep you posted.

I suppose they'll pull their ads off of Air America next... :)

To Whom it May Concern:

I realize that advertising decisions are based on market demographics, etc., more than on ideological biases, but I must say I am very disappointed that you advertise on Sean Hannity's radio program. Mr. Hannity has proven himself to be dishonest, disengenous and hateful to at least half of this country's citizens. He is offensive to me, personally and as a citizen of the United States, and I can't in good conscience purchase products which enable and subsidize his divisive, hate-filled rhetoric.

Please reconsider your support of this program. If you continue to support Mr. Hannity, consumers will have no choice but to assume that you agree with his political biases and, by association, also have little respect for the millions of moderate and left-leaning consumers who could benefit from your product.

To: Nice Dream:

Thanks for writing.

There are many choices an advertiser has as to where they place their ads.

Placing an ad on Hannity's show supports his program -- as advertising dollars pay the network -- which pays his salary. Hannity is making tens of millions of dollars each year to insult, berate, and belittle listeners who are Democrats, Liberals (or as he likes to call them "libs,") and anyone who isn't a Conservative Republican. There are "conservative" outlets on which to advertise. Hannity's show is not one of them. He has a personal financial stake in keeping America divided. Therefore, I will not support a business who places their advertising dollars on programs which insult me -- and half the nation.

You may want to take a look at one successful thing I was able to do recently regarding a Subway ad that slurred the French ("France and chicken, somehow it just goes together”)

The story: http://superfrenchie.com/?p=75
The follow up: http://superfrenchie.com/?p=98
The victory:

You may also want to take a look at that, as we're thinking about taking some kind of similar action: http://superfrenchie.com/?p=75
